One of the lightest weekends of the year, with two one-day regattas sailed on Sunday.​

Herring Pond Team Race @ Mass Maritime
Giving our younger team racing team a chance to show their stuff, sailors Carolyn Corbet, Julia Boll, Kyle Riggs, Romain Astié, Zachary Bresnick and Becker Ewing sailed at the Herring Pond Team Race this weekend. These young Huskies steadily improved throughout the day, getting used to the conditions and competition; It was great exposure to the level of team race regattas in NEISA, and also lots of fun. Get ready for next weekend at the Mystic Lake Team Race!

Central 2 @ Harvard University
The Huskies KILLED IT this weekend at the Central 2 series! Sailors Kurran Singh, John Hughes, Camille Matile, and Sandra Nygren had a great regatta. Kurran and John sailed consistent and fast for a second place in A division, losing to BC by only one point; Camille and Sandra won B division, to no surprise after winning two races and having only one race out of the top 4. In the end, the Huskies were tied for first with BC, but lost the tiebreaker- Nonetheless, out of 16 boats, the Huskies proved they are a forced to be reckoned with, especially on their home turf of the Charles River! Other team members came with dogs, food and support for a lovely day spent on the water!
